Crossfit bike WOD

Today we will incorporate something a little different.  We are desperately trying to stay out of the heat in the afternoon classes, so we are always trying to find new things to do inside.  Which is kind of the idea behind CrossFit – always mixing in new movements to keep you on your toes.

  • bike 2 minutes
  • 21 boxjumps
  • 15 situps
  • 9 burpees
