Upper body – Crossfit style

Okay, now that we successfully killed our legs yesterday, lets work on the upper body.  Remember, we also try to mix in some heavy weight lifting that is functional for daily movements.

The power clean is an excellent movement for getting something heavy (think dog food bag, kids, salt for water softener) from the ground to chest level.  Don’t be scared as Michelle and I will work with you to perfect your form and keep the weight light enough to make it doable.
