20 seconds of work???

How can 20 seconds of work be so bad?  It doesn’t seem like much, I mean you can do anything for 20 seconds right?  For those of you that have never completed a Tabata workout, get ready.  It will be something you will learn to loathe.

“Tabata”
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds of each exercise
  • box jumps
  • situps
  • squats
  • back extensions

Remember, you are trying to get the most of each exercise in every 20 second interval.  You record the lowest number so go hard!!!
