Great job everyone on todays “Angie” workout.  Look for more tough ones to come as you get more accustomed to the movements and WODs.  Keep up the improvement and see ya’ll tomorrow.

Remember, if you can’t completed the workout as prescribed, that’s okay.  We will always scale the movements, number, or rounds to fit your current level of fitness.  Just remember, we want to push you outside of your comfort zone, so get ready to work hard!
