Jump ropes again??? ARGH!!!

We thought since everyone had such a great time with the jump ropes last week, we would do some more.  Hey, it’s better than running outside in this great weather we have been having.

Remember, practice makes perfect, so lets have some more fun with the ropes.  At least its not burpees!!

5 Rounds for time
  • 7 Deadlifts (heavy weight)
  • 21 double unders or 63 singles

For those who don’t know, a double under is 2 passes of the rope for every one jump – infinitely harder and more frustrating.
