Modified Micheal

Anyone who has ever done Micheal will tell you that it is no joke.  That’s true with our modified version as well.  For some reason, most people struggle with 300 jump ropes.  Maybe its because we haven’t played with the jump ropes since we were kids.

Remember, the CrossFit method is all about taking you outside of your comfort zone and trying new things.  Everyone did a great job and keep up the good work.
