For A Good Time, Call “Fran!!”

For those of you who are new to our CrossFit training, Fran sounds like the easiest workout you could possibly imagine – until you try it.  “it’s only 21, 15 and 9” you say.  Yea right.  When you do this as fast as possible, you can get finished in under 3 minutes.  Then you lay on the floor for 20.

Have fun and enjoy your first encounter with the infamous Fran!!
