As most of you know, Michelle attended a Crossfit Football seminar over the weekend, so get ready.

She learned a ton of new workouts, stretches and tools for making us even more sore.

  • 12 plank to squat and jump
  • 15 slamballs
  • 12 hand release pushups
  • max reps of strict pushups
