Fight Gone Bad – with a twist

Michelle decided that “fight gone bad” wasn’t tough enough, so she changed it up a bit.

We had a great class today and everyone put in 110% – good work and hopefully we can all walk tomorrow.

  • Deadlift 225/185 lbs.

  • Rope climbs

  • Overhead squats 45 lbs.

  • GHD situps

  • Slam balls

  • Row for calories
