Kettle Bell Hell

We had so much fun doing some of this during the warmup that we decided everyone would enjoy a workout with your own personal kettlebell.

So, pick your weight and keep your kettlebell with you throughout.  Great job, Terry.


3 Rounds

  • 12 Sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 20 Situps

  • 18 Overhead lunges

  • 10 Snatches – left

  • 14 Kettlebell swings

  • 7 Turkish Getups

  • 10 Snatch – right

  • 7 Turkish getups – left
