We have got to give some serious props to everyone today for completing the “filthy 50”.  This is one of the toughest workouts that we have and completing it is a major accomplishment.

We would like everyone to make sure that they let Spencer know how great he is doing.  Not only is he loosing a bunch of weight, he’s getting stronger and gaining confidence everyday.  Not to mention, Mom – she is keeping up pretty good and looking great as well.

  • 50 Double Unders
