Let’s all thank Rachal for suggesting that we needed a little more cardio today.  I bet all are welcoming Michelle  and her programming back after 2 days of Eric’s workouts.

Remember, Crossfit is a all about getting you to step out of your comfort zone and push yourself beyond what you think your limits are.
